Philly Cheese Steak Grinder- Razor thin rib eye steak, grilled with sauteed onions, red peppers and cheddar cheese and just a dash of Franks Hot Sauce!

Cuban Sandwich, Ham, Pork & Swiss grilled then add pickles and mayo/ mustard....oh boy!!

Inside out Grilled Cheese- We take a fresh grinder, slice it the long way and put the buttered bread side down, then we cover the top (crust side) with cheese so when it's done it's creamy and crunchy on the inside! Add bacon or tomato...on us!

Roast Beef Au Jus - Our own roast beef, cooked on the rare side, then soaked in a thin Au Jus gravy and served on a fresh roll, kaiser or Portuguese!

Pastrami Reuben- A nice portion of lean pastrami, grilled with sauerkraut then topped with Swiss cheese and thousand Island dressing. This is left on the grill to let all the flavors merge and melt together and let the rye toast to a golden brown
